Job Description:

·       Architect in Information Technology, specializing in PEGA BPM solutions.

·       Extensive expertise in system migrations, automation and workflow optimization, complex background process implementation and disaster recovery planning across financial, healthcare, and technology domains.

·       Proven track record in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and global program management, successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing onshore-offshore delivery models.

·       Skilled at resource planning, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring quality excellence, on-time project delivery, and cost-effective solutions.

·       Certified Scrum Master, PEGA CSA/CSSA, and SAFe Practitioner, with a history of exceeding project expectations through strategic planning, effective communication, and process optimization.

·       Good understanding of networking and DBMS systems, Data Security & Risk Management and experience of working in cross-functional Agile teams, fostering collaboration and managing global project deliveries across geographies.

·       Lead critical PEGA platform migrations including consolidation projects saving millions in operational costs, improving workflow automation and platform resiliency.

·       Design large-scale enterprise solutions with PEGA workflows, enhancing business agility and compliance.

·       Integrate third-party payment and dispute resolution platforms, optimizing customer service for global markets.

·       Expertise on managing and designing Mission critical Enterprise platforms and planning Disaster Recovery exercises.

·       Integration expertise with REST, SOAP, MQ, File along with various security standards like KeyStore, HMAC, A2A.

·       In depth knowledge of implementing critical background processes using Pega Agents, Jobs, Queue Processors, Listeners.

·       Implement logging framework to Integrate Pega platforms with Splunk for application monitoring using Dashboards, Reports and Alerts.

·       Implement OpenTelemetry framework on Pega platform to capture and monitor cross application interactions to track end to end journey.

·       Pega, BPM, Java Software development, agile Pega BPMIBM WebSphere Java Kafka, webhooks, asynchronous API design jenkins, CICD
