Title: Portfolio Management Consultant
Position Type: Full-Time/ Contract
Duration: 12 Months (Potential for Extension )
Location: Charlotte, NC / Minneapolis, MN / Chandler, AZ / Irving,TX (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)
As a Portfolio Management Consultant, you will:
  • Support Infrastructure Investment & Portfolio Management functions across enterprise technology organizations.
  • Drive annual and quarterly investment planning cycles, budget forecasting, and portfolio management activities.
  • Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) from request through review, approval, and execution.
  • Review, analyze, and support business case development for technology investment requests.
  • Coordinate governance activities, investment approvals, and portfolio review processes.
  • Monitor budget performance, contract renewals, and investment spending across infrastructure portfolios.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials for senior leadership.
  • Partner with infrastructure leaders and stakeholders to support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Analyze large data sets to provide insights and recommendations for portfolio and investment decisions.
  • Gather, validate, and consolidate information from multiple business and technology partners.
  • Provide portfolio oversight and status reporting across infrastructure organizations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience supporting infrastructure organizations, technology portfolios, or enterprise IT functions.
  • Strong background in investment planning, portfolio management, and strategic planning.
  • Hands-on experience with SOW management, contract administration, and renewal tracking.
  • Experience developing, reviewing, or supporting business cases and investment requests.
  • Knowledge of budget planning, forecasting, and financial management processes.
  • Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
  • Advanced Excel skills including reporting, modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, planning cycles, and investment approval processes.
  • Experience with Technical Portfolio Management (TPM), Chief of Staff functions, or Business Execution roles preferred.
  • Experience supporting CIO/CXO organizations, technology governance, infrastructure workforce planning, or financial management functions preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $55 -$65 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
