Position OverviewWe are seeking a
Mid-Level Project Manager with approximately
5-7 years of experience to support upcoming LNG related initiatives. This individual will work closely with an existing Project Manager, taking ownership of specific projects and helping drive execution from approval through delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute assigned projects within the LNG program, ensuring alignment with timelines, requirements, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with an existing PM to transition and take ownership of designated workstreams.
- Oversee project activities from initial approval through full execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain clear communication, documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support exclusive project initiatives related to LNG systems, including compressors, gas processes, and related methods.
- Participate in a structured interview and onboarding process, including two virtual interviews and one in-person meeting.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within engineering, utilities, or construction environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with internal teams.
- High-level understanding of LNG operations and the broader project landscape (big-picture orientation).
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in utilities or LNG-related projects.
- Prior exposure to compressors, gas systems, or similar industrial processes.
- Demonstrated ability to step into an existing program and quickly assume ownership.
- Comfortable working in a non-profit-driven environment.
Additional Details- Position will be posted for approximately two weeks.
- Ideal candidate is early-career to mid-career (younger profile preferred).
- Not seeking former engineers transitioning into PM roles - must be a true PM.
