Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, project managers, and field personnel
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail in technical writing
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and analytical thinking for field coordination and technical support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
Customer-focused approach with the ability to support field teams and respond to RFIs and design changes
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in HVAC controls design, building automation, or smart building systems
Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed control drawings
Familiarity with HVAC systems, mechanical schedules, and control sequences
Basic knowledge of DDC systems (e.g., Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens, etc.)
Understanding of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks
