Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: McLean, VA (Onsite – Hybrid)

Job Summary

Seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Marketing and Ad Sales domains to support business analysis, requirements management, and process improvement initiatives.
The role will partner with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, define requirements, and deliver solutions across advertising, revenue, and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Ad Sales, Traffic, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Digital teams to understand business challenges and opportunities.
Conduct requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Develop:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Specifications
- User Stories
- Process Flows
- Acceptance Criteria
Analyze current-state and future-state business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support business transformation and operational improvement initiatives.

- Inventory Optimization
- Audience Targeting
Ability to work closely with cross-functional business and operational teams.
