Description
The Microsoft Platform Engineer serves as a core contributor to the Enterprise Productivity Applications team, responsible for enabling secure, compliant, and high‐value use of Microsoft 365 across the organization. This role focuses on Copilot‐driven productivity, information governance, and lifecycle management ensuring that collaboration, content creation, and AI‐assisted workflows operate within well‐defined data classification, permissions, and retention controls while scaling safely across the enterprise.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 E5 productivity stack (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) with enterprise‐scale implementation
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Purview, including data classification, sensitivity labeling, retention policies, records management, and information lifecycle governance
• Strong command of permissions models (Entra ID, SharePoint/Teams access, conditional access) to ensure secure, role‐based Copilot data grounding
• Development of predictive cost modeling for AI Agent adoption at scale
• Proven ability to balance productivity, compliance, and risk, operating within E5 security, eDiscovery, audit, and retention controls
• Master’s degree in Information and Library Sciences, with deep expertise in information architecture, content management, and enterprise knowledge systems
