Job Description

Title: Product Support Specialist

Location: Remote - PST hours

Shift:- After a few weeks of training M-F, you will be switched to a shifted schedule, either Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs.

Previous Experience (Must Have):
  • Must have experience handling and resolving customer support tickets across Tier 1, Tier 2, and escalated support cases.
  • Must have experience supporting SaaS platforms, developer tools, AI products, or other technical software solutions.
  • Must have worked in an environment where performance was measured against key support metrics such as CSAT, SLA compliance, resolution time, first response time, and customer satisfaction targets.
