What you'll do Working in three different locations and business units throughoutthe program you will:
- Support customer projects throughlaboratory testing, product evaluations, performance validation, and technicaldata generation for new and existing applications
- Partner with customers, salesteams, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve technical challenges,optimize processes, and identify new application opportunities
- Analyze test results, developtechnical recommendations, and communicate findings through reports,presentations, and customer interactions
- Provide technical support throughcustomer visits, product demonstrations, troubleshooting activities, andtraining sessions
- Collaborate with teams acrossProduct Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales to support innovationand business growth initiatives
- Contribute to strategic projectsand rotational assignments that may include research, application development,process improvement, and customer-focused business initiatives
What makes you a good fit - BS in Chemical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or similar degree required
- Mobility required
- From start through end of program you willwork in three different business units, relocating for three 8-month rotationsacross various company locations within the region
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Problem solving and analyticalthinking skills required
- Demonstrated academic achievement(3.0 or above is preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership abilityand collaboration within teams (previous internship/co-op experience ispreferred).
- Excellent time management andorganizational skills.

The salary rangefor this role is $70,000.00 and $73,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
