Job Description
We are seeking a Time Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hardware/device implementations, onsite technical support, and basic networking and a proven ability to deploy and validate employee time clock systems at client locations.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and deploy time clock devices at client locations.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware-related issues.
- Coordinate with client IT teams on network and firewall configurations.
- Validate device communication and system functionality.
- Support implementation and go-live activities during deployments.
- Provide onsite technical support to end users and leadership teams.
- Maintain deployment documentation and installation records.
- Escalate technical issues appropriately when needed.
- Communicate project updates and implementation status effectively.
- Ensure installations are completed within project timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with hardware/device implementations and onsite support.
- Technical troubleshooting skills for connectivity and hardware issues.
- Basic networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and firewall concepts.
- Clear client-facing communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience deploying time clock or similar endpoint devices.
- Familiarity with implementation go-live support and documentation practices.
