Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of TimeClock Plus (TCP) across approximately 4,000 restaurant locations nationwide. This individual will serve as the primary implementation lead for assigned restaurant groups, ensuring successful deployments, user adoption, training, and post-go-live support.
This is a highly visible role supporting a major enterprise transformation initiative. The implementation is expected to scale rapidly, beginning with approximately 20–30 restaurant deployments per week and growing to 300+ locations per month.
The ideal candidate has hands-on TimeClock Plus implementation experience, thrives in fast-paced rollout environments, and is comfortable working directly with restaurant operations, corporate stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of TimeClock Plus (TCP) for assigned restaurant locations.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations while ensuring projects remain on schedule.
- Coordinate implementation readiness with restaurant managers, field leadership, and corporate teams.
- Facilitate kickoff meetings, deployment planning sessions, and go-live activities.
- Deliver training for restaurant management and end users on TimeClock Plus functionality and processes.
- Provide hypercare support during and immediately following go-live.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and partner with internal teams and the TimeClock Plus vendor to drive resolution.
- Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Support change management efforts to drive user adoption and successful transition to the new system.
- Gather user feedback and recommend process improvements throughout the rollout.
- Assist with recreating or optimizing business processes impacted by the migration from legacy systems.
- Ensure each restaurant is fully prepared for activation through proactive communication and readiness planning.
- Track implementation milestones, metrics, and status updates for project leadership.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as the rollout expands.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing TimeClock Plus (TCP) in a multi-site environment.
- Experience leading enterprise software implementation or deployment projects.
- Proven success supporting large-scale rollouts across numerous locations.
- Strong implementation management and project coordination skills.
- Experience managing multiple deployments simultaneously.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering with operations leaders, business users, and third-party vendors.
- Comfortable conducting training sessions and supporting end-user adoption.
- Willingness and ability to travel to restaurant locations throughout the U.S. as needed.
