| Job Summary |
| We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support CDAO-led project management for a central platform team responsible for enterprise infrastructure, along with related policies, governance, and standards. This role will drive planning, execution, governance, stakeholder coordination, and reporting across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise program management, Agile delivery frameworks, JIRA-based tracking, advanced reporting, and SDLC governance. |

| Key Responsibilities |
| |
| Lead end-to-end program management for CDAO-aligned initiatives across infrastructure, governance, and platform-related workstreams. |
| Drive program planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and execution management across multiple cross-functional teams. |
| Coordinate with business, platform, engineering, architecture, and governance stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and delivery timelines. |
| Establish and maintain program governance routines including status reporting, risk reviews, issue management, and executive updates. |
| Manage project plans, RAID logs, dependencies, action trackers, and decision logs to ensure transparency and control. |
| Apply Scrum and SAFe methodologies where appropriate to support Agile planning, sprint tracking, and release coordination. |
| Use JIRA to track delivery progress, backlog items, sprint metrics, and cross-team dependencies. |
| Prepare advanced Excel-based reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility, KPI tracking, and program health monitoring. |
| Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, quality checkpoints, and delivery standards across initiatives. |
| Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, governance forums, and follow-through on action items. |
| Identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints early, and drive timely mitigation and escalation. |
| Support continuous improvement in program delivery processes, governance practices, and operational effectiveness. |

| Must-Have Skills |
| |
| Strong experience in program/project management for enterprise technology or infrastructure initiatives. |
| Experience working with centralized platform, infrastructure, governance, or standards-driven teams. |
| Solid knowledge of Scrum methodologies and SAFe framework. |
| Hands-on experience with JIRA for planning, tracking, and reporting. |
| Advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting, dashboards, analysis, and executive summaries. |
| Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery controls. |
| Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and escalation management skills. |
| Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and governance activities in a fast-paced environment. |
