| Job Summary |
| We are looking for an experienced Product Delivery Manager to manage end-to-end product activities and delivery for Google Cloud Platform-based platforms and services. This role will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, delivery governance, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in product delivery management, Agile ways of working, JIRA-based execution tracking, advanced reporting, and SDLC governance to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. |

| Key Responsibilities |
| |
| Lead end-to-end product delivery management for Google Cloud Platform-related initiatives, including planning, execution, tracking, and release coordination. |
| Partner with business, product, engineering, architecture, and operations teams to align on priorities, scope, timelines, and delivery outcomes. |
| Manage product roadmaps, release plans, sprint plans, and execution milestones to ensure predictable delivery. |
| Drive Agile delivery using Scrum methodologies and SAFe practices across cross-functional teams. |
| Use JIRA to manage backlog tracking, sprint progress, dependency management, issue resolution, and delivery reporting. |
| Monitor delivery performance, risks, blockers, and interdependencies, and ensure timely escalation and mitigation. |
| Prepare and maintain advanced Excel-based dashboards and status reports for leadership visibility and decision-making. |
| Ensure alignment with SDLC processes, quality checkpoints, testing readiness, release governance, and documentation standards. |
| Facilitate sprint ceremonies, stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and regular delivery checkpoints. |
| Coordinate with Google Cloud Platform platform and engineering teams to support smooth implementation, release readiness, and operational transition. |
| Track action items, decisions, risks, assumptions, and dependencies to maintain program control and transparency. |
| Drive continuous improvement in product delivery processes, team collaboration, reporting standards, and execution discipline. |

| Must-Have Skills |
| |
| Strong experience in product delivery or program delivery management for cloud or technology initiatives. |
| Good understanding of Google Cloud Platform environments, cloud platform delivery, and release management processes. |
| Solid knowledge of Scrum methodologies and SAFe framework. |
| Hands-on experience with JIRA for delivery management, sprint tracking, and reporting. |
| Advanced proficiency in Excel for dashboards, status reporting, trend analysis, and executive summaries. |
| Strong understanding of SDLC and end-to-end product delivery lifecycle. |
| Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and governance management skills. |
| Ability to manage multiple priorities, delivery dependencies, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. |

| Experience delivering cloud platform, infrastructure, or enterprise technology products. |
| Familiarity with release governance, change management, and operational handoffs. |
