Oracle HCM Solution Architect – Payroll & HCM Lead
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Payroll (US) and broad functional knowledge across Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will serve as the overall solution owner for Oracle HCM implementations, providing architectural leadership across multiple workstreams while ensuring that payroll, legislative compliance, integrations, security, and downstream processes are designed cohesively.
This role requires a hands-on architect who can lead discovery workshops, define end-to-end solutions, mentor functional consultants, engage with executive stakeholders, and guide implementation teams through successful project delivery.

- Architect enterprise-wide HCM solutions.
- Lead multiple functional workstreams simultaneously.
- Make sound cross-functional design decisions.

Drive successful Oracle HCM implementations from strategy through go-live
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of Oracle HCM implementation experience.
- 5+ years serving as a Solution Architect or Lead Functional Architect.
- Extensive Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation experience with US legislation.
- Experience leading multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-workstream projects.
