Summary

Role Title: Business Systems Analyst

Duration: 6 months, contract

Location: USA (Remote)

Role Overview:

We''re seeking a technical migration lead to design and oversee the migration of candidate and employee records across ServiceNow, Avature, and Workday. This role bridges HRIS, integration engineering, and compliance to ensure a clean, auditable data transition.

Core Responsibilities:

Migration Leadership: Design and oversee data mapping logic for migrating candidate and employee records across HR systems - ServiceNow, Avature, and Workday
Schema Alignment: Ensure field-level compatibility across systems to maintain data integrity, including custom fields, picklists, and referential relationships
Data Transformation: Define ETL process logic and validation rules to ensure historical data remains searchable, reportable, and compliant post-migration
Experience Logic: Map technical branching logic for automated candidate interactions and employee lifecycle events in ServiceNow
API Governance: Collaborate with engineering to ensure third-party integrations meet security, rate-limit, and data privacy standards
Document source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and reconciliation procedures
Define cutover strategy, delta migration approach, and rollback plans
Lead UAT for data validation and coordinate with HR stakeholders on sign-off
Support audit and compliance requirements for employee data handling
