Description

We are looking for an experienced SaaS Change Management Director to lead a transformative, multi-year project within our organization. This role involves overseeing all aspects of change management, from internal adaptation to new processes and technologies to customer-focused rollouts. Based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, this position requires a strategic thinker who can ensure smooth transitions and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the corporate project plan and budget for a long-term change management initiative, covering development, internal transitions, and customer engagement.
Implement and enforce robust governance processes, including risk analysis, issue resolution, change control, and decision-making frameworks.
Act as the central communication point, delivering clear and timely updates, forecasts, and reports to executives, stakeholders, and team members.
Facilitate regular meetings, including steering committees, executive reviews, and team stand-ups to ensure alignment and progress.
Strategize and manage customer rollouts, coordinating pilot programs, beta testing, and phased deployments.
Lead organizational change efforts, driving employee adaptation to new tools, systems, and workflows.
Gather and analyze user and customer feedback during the transition to enhance processes and solutions.
Collaborate with training teams to equip employees and customers with the knowledge and confidence to adopt changes effectively.
Define success metrics and establish mechanisms to measure project outcomes, such as adoption rates and operational efficiencies.
Monitor project performance against key milestones, budget constraints, and KPIs, preparing detailed reports for leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 7 years of progressive experience in change management, including 3 years managing large-scale software modernization initiatives.
Healthcare IT or SaaS industry experience preferred, with familiarity in organizational change principles.
Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and cross-functional team leadership.
Proven ability to manage risks, budgets, and scope within complex, multi-year projects.
Certifications such as PMP or PgMP are highly desirable.
Knowledge of Active Directory, backup technologies, Cisco systems, computer hardware, and configuration management.
Minimal travel required (0-10% of the time).
