Job DetailsResponsibilities:
Lead full project delivery from concept through construction in Local Govt, K-12, and/or Higher Ed sectors
Manage client relationships and ensure alignment with project goals and expectations
Oversee consultant coordination, drawing production, and quality control
Develop and maintain project schedules and oversee job hour management
Supervise and mentor internal team members across all phases
Participate in design reviews and technical development
Qualifications:
15-20 years of experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio in public and/or education projects
Licensed Architect with a professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Expertise in managing all phases of project delivery, team leadership, and client engagement
Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
