Data Architect Health Care Payer Domain || Hybrid at Philadelphia, PA || Contract

The Data Architect is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure and solutions that enable efficient and secure collection, storage, and analysis of healthcare data in different data platforms (Data Warehouse & Data Lake).

Experience & Skills:

Expertise in Data Architecture, databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS etc.)
In-depth knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDs, HIE, USCDI-US Core etc.).
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, PySpark and Python.
Experience with data modeling tools like Erwin.
Experience with integration tools like Azure Data Factory, DataBricks, Kafka, IBM DataStage, Informatica etc.
Understanding of business intelligence (BI) and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, preferably in the healthcare industry.
5+ years of experience with managing large-scale data systems in healthcare.
5+ years of experience in designing and implementing interoperability solutions in healthcare.
5+ years of experience in solutioning cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, Snowflake etc.)
Experience with major EHR systems like Epic, Cerner etc. is plus.
