Job title: EIGHTFOLD Production Support Engineer

Job Description:
  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in the Eightfold AI platform.
  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Eightfold modules including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Design, along with strong technical troubleshooting and integration capabilities.
  • This role requires someone who can independently manage issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide high-quality technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide end-to-end technical support for the Eightfold AI platform and related integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Eightfold modules including:
  • Analyze application logs, API responses, and system behavior to identify root causes of issues.
  • Work with SQL queries to validate data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support reporting requirements.
  • Handle API integrations, payload validations, and JSON data troubleshooting.
    Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Monitor ticket queues, prioritize incidents, and ensure SLA adherence.
    Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities when required.
    Independently own and drive technical issues through resolution with minimal supervision.

    Required Skills and Experience

    Hands-on experience with Eightfold AI and its modules:
    Talent Acquisition
    Talent Management
    Talent Design

    Strong knowledge of:

    SQL
    JSON
    REST APIs
    API troubleshooting and integrations
    Experience working in a Technical Support Engineer, Application Support, or Production Support role.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability

    Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
    Experience with HR Tech or Talent Intelligence platforms.
    Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools.
    Understanding of SaaS application architecture.
    Experience supporting enterprise-level customers or global teams.

    Mandatory skills*
    Experience with Eightfold AI (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Talent Design), SQL, JSON, REST APIs, and technical/application support.

    Desired skills*
    Experience with HR Tech/SaaS platforms, ticketing & monitoring tools, and supporting enterprise-level or global customers.
