About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Architect – Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Python and Golang to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys hands-on development, solving complex engineering challenges, and providing technical direction to development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and Golang.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation.
• Contribute to hands-on coding, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor developers and establish engineering best practices.
• Support cloud-based applications, databases, and CI/CD processes.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliability.

Required Skills

• Python – Strong hands-on development experience (Mandatory)
• Golang (Go) – Strong hands-on development experience (Mandatory)
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.
• Understanding of full-stack architecture and frontend/backend integration.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
• Experience in technical leadership, architecture, code reviews, and mentoring developers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare domain experience, particularly healthcare payer systems.
• Experience with React or Angular.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of healthcare claims processing or benefits administration.
• Familiarity with healthcare data security and HIPAA compliance.
