Senior Agentic Platform Engineer

• Responsible for designing, prototyping, and scaling AI-powered workflows and agentic platform solutions within an enterprise environment.
• The role focuses on building integrations between systems, evaluating AI use cases, developing reusable automation tools, and enabling scalable AI-driven solutions across business systems.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Five or more years of experience in technical roles such as solutions engineering, systems integration, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of full-stack architecture including frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience building and integrating AI/LLM-based applications using APIs.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience working with AI tools and LLMs for coding and automation tasks.
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong prototyping mindset with ability to iterate quickly.

Experience:

• Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications and workflows.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale technical solutions.
• Experience working with APIs, automation scripts, and system integrations.
• Experience evaluating technical feasibility of AI use cases.
• Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Build and prototype AI-powered workflows using enterprise tools, MCPs, and APIs.
• Develop scripts, automations, and integration layers to connect systems.
• Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on user feedback.
• Evaluate technical feasibility of AI use cases and recommend build vs. escalation decisions.
• Assess new AI tools and determine relevance and enterprise fit.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing business systems and platforms.
• Convert one-off solutions into reusable and scalable tools.
• Maintain and enhance process repositories as living systems.
• Ensure AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and handle edge cases.
• Stay updated on enterprise AI tools, platforms, and approved technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align solutions with requirements.
• Support integration of AI systems with sales, business, and operational platforms.

Should Have:

• Experience working in large enterprise environments with existing tool ecosystems.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, pandas, or DuckDB.
• Experience with CRM, Sales Operations, or enterprise business systems.
• UX sensibility for building user-friendly solutions.
• Experience navigating internal enterprise AI platforms and tools.
