DescriptionA global provider of professional information, analytics, and technology solutions-serving customers across more than 150 countries-is seeking a hands-on
Senior Product Manager to lead an AI-driven competitive intelligence and conversational search product. The organization has long been a leader in applying advanced AI technologies to improve productivity and transform professional workflows, emphasizing ethical and high-performing generative AI solutions.
This role will own both
strategy and execution, including roadmap development, quarterly planning, product metrics, and feature delivery. You'll drive initiatives related to event-based data extraction, derivative dataset creation, and assembling structured knowledge into an actionable knowledge graph. The role requires strong commercial instincts, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
What You'll Do- Own the product strategy and roadmap for an AI/agentic, NLP-based competitive benchmarking product, including quarterly planning, OKRs, and outcome-driven metrics.
- Lead data extraction and knowledge graph creation: transform company, people, event-based, and open-web data into structured, factual, model-ready datasets.
- Deliver a conversational search experience leveraging embeddings and Boolean search; iterate toward tailored competitive benchmarking workflows.
- Build modern SaaS AI capabilities and integrate with legacy systems via APIs and connectors.
- Translate technical concepts (NLP, embeddings, knowledge graphs, LLM orchestration, agentic patterns) into value propositions, go-to-market narratives, and customer outcomes.
- Partner with internal data specialists to define data requirements, evaluation frameworks, and model selection.
- Conduct discovery and validation with professional and financial services users, including teams involved in competitive and market analysis.
- Drive execution across engineering, data, design, and go-to-market teams; set pace, remove blockers, and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Champion the product vision and articulate its value to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Outcomes (First 90 Days)- Ingest and normalize customer and market documents into the data pipeline; generate derivative datasets and initial knowledge-graph structures.
- Reduce latency in external data sources by augmenting with open-web extraction and automated data rationalization.
- Ship an initial conversational search experience using a combination of embeddings and structured search; demonstrate superior competitive benchmarking performance vs. generic tools.
- Define the model and infrastructure path, including evaluation criteria for future model alternatives.
- Establish product metrics and quarterly planning cadence (e.g., adoption, answer quality, dataset freshness, time-to-insight, search success, cost/performance).
