About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Change Manager to support enterprise transformation initiatives within Merchant Services. This role is responsible for leading change management execution across complex programs and multiple stakeholder groups within a fast-paced financial services environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced change leader who can drive execution, facilitate governance forums, communicate effectively with executives, and influence cross-functional teams. This role requires a proactive, self-directed professional who thrives in highly visible environments and can operate with minimal supervision.

This is not a strategy-focused role. Success in this position requires strong execution, operational discipline, and the ability to drive workstreams forward independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end change management activities supporting large-scale Merchant Services transformation initiatives.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training alignment, and adoption activities.
  • Facilitate governance routines, including large-scale tollgate forums with 40+ participants across multiple leadership levels.
  • Partner with executive leaders, program teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment and successful delivery.
  • Develop concise executive communications, presentations, status updates, and leadership materials.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage competing priorities in a highly matrixed environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
  • Navigate conflict effectively and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Operate independently with a high level of accountability, initiative, and ownership.
  • Ensure adherence to established governance, risk, and change management processes.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of change management experience within large enterprise environments.
  • 5-6+ years of banking or financial services experience.
  • 3+ years of Merchant Services or Merchant Banking experience.
  • 4-6 years of executive communications experience.
  • 4-6 years of project and/or program management experience.
  • Proven experience facilitating governance and executive-level forums.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of management, including senior leadership.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to drive execution with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives within Merchant Services organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated success leading through ambiguity and organizational change.
  • Experience coaching or guiding teams in complex environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and process-oriented mindset.

Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and concise reporting materials.
  • SharePoint experience, including document management and communication publishing.
  • Strong overall technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is:
  • Self-motivated and execution-focused
  • Professional, collaborative, and adaptable
  • Assertive yet respectful in communication style
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational discipline
  • Comfortable operating in highly visible environments
  • Capable of driving results independently while partnering effectively across teams

Additional Notes
  • Candidates must submit a polished, error-free resume.
  • Resumes should clearly demonstrate accomplishments, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
  • Candidates should highlight direct contributions and execution experience rather than high-level strategic concepts.
