As a Product Manager in Enterprise Procurement & Contract Platforms, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to sourcing and legal stakeholders
  • Manages discovery efforts and partners with stakeholders to identify solutions within CLM and sourcing platforms
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned to procurement and contract lifecycle priorities
  • Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics including platform performance, risk, and data integrity
  • Acts as the primary interface with sourcing, legal, and product operations teams
  • Partners closely with engineering teams to drive delivery and platform enhancements
  • Leads troubleshooting efforts across Ariba, Icertis, and related procurement systems
  • Ensures data sourcing, integration, and utilization are optimized across platforms
  • Drives continuous improvement across sourcing and contract lifecycle workflows
  • Operates independently as a senior individual contributor in a complex, matrixed environment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Significant experience in product management within procurement, sourcing, or contract lifecycle management (CLM)
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, strategic development, and delivery
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and sourcing workflows
  • Experience with CLM and procurement platforms such as Ariba, Icertis, or similar tools
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently at a VP level
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across systems and data flows
  • Experience partnering with legal, sourcing, and cross-functional technology teams
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Background supporting enterprise procurement or contract transformation initiatives, Ariba experience preferred
  • Familiarity with data integration and reporting across procurement platforms
  • Experience within financial services or a regulated environment
  • Exposure to procurement domain expansion and platform scaling initiatives
