Job Description
We are seeking an ABAP Developer with strong SAP FICO experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP ABAP development and FI modules (AP, GL, FA) and a proven ability to design, develop, and support scalable ABAP solutions that align with financial business processes and controls.
Responsibilities:
- Solution, design, develop, enhance, and support ABAP components for FI processes across AP, GL, and FA.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs and TDDs.
- Deliver robust interfaces, enhancements, reports, and forms with performance and quality in mind.
- Provide production support, debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong SAP ABAP expertise: ABAP Objects, Classical and Interactive Reports, ALV (Grid, OO ALV, SALV).
- UI technologies: Web Dynpro and SAPUI5.
- Debugging, performance tuning, background jobs, and spool handling.
- Data Dictionary: tables, views, indexes, search helps.
- Integration: Interfaces, IDocs, RFCs; enhancements via BADIs and user exits; archival processes.
- Technical documentation: TDDs, functional-to-technical mapping, code documentation, and test cases.
- SAP FI functional knowledge across AP, GL, and FA, including end-to-end document flow and postings.
Preferred Skills:
- Accounts Payable: vendor master, invoice posting, payment processing, withholding tax, reporting.
- General Ledger: journal entries, document splitting, ledger postings, DART, Move and Merge, ADB.
- Fixed Assets: asset master data, acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, archiving.
Schedule & Start Details
- Start: ASAP. Target start within 2-4 weeks after offer to meet business needs.
- Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.
- Candidates must include current location and relocation intent on the resume.
- Glider candidate ID verification required.
