Summary

We are seeking a Senior VoIP/Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise voice and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in VoIP technologies, network architecture, and troubleshooting complex communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain VoIP systems and IP-based telephony solutions

Configure and manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability

Troubleshoot voice quality issues (latency, jitter, packet loss)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network and telecom projects

Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across voice and data networks

Required Skills:

Strong experience with VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.)

Hands-on expertise in networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, QoS)

Experience with Cisco, Avaya, or similar platforms

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Cloud VoIP or unified communications experience

Certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent)

Experience with monitoring tools and network security

This role is based onsite in Atlantic City, NJ.
