  • Lead identification, tracking, escalation, and mitigation of technical, data, adoption, and operational risks
  • Produce clear delivery metrics, dashboards, decision materials, and executive status reports
  • Ensure adherence to established enterprise delivery standards, governance, and applicable safety, security, architecture, data, and compliance requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven track record leading at least two large-scale maintenance, fleet, asset management, field service, manufacturing, transportation, or supply chain technology implementations from initiation through deployment
  • 10+ years of experience in professional services consulting and/or IT program or project management delivering large, complex, multi-million-dollar technology initiatives
  • Proven experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, change control, testing, training, and deployment from initiation through delivery
  • Experience operating in a matrixed, multi-business-unit enterprise environment and coordinating teams of 10 or more resources
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across complex application and integration landscapes, including infrastructure, information security, data, and enterprise architecture considerations
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Desired skills:
  • Experience with multi-location implementations or phased enterprise deployments and large-scale data conversion
  • PMI PMP certification
  • Certified ScrumMaster or comparable Agile certification
  • Experience managing delivery with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators
  • Experience leading strong-matrix teams composed of employees and contractors
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authority in a decentralized organization
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery tools
  • Clear, concise communication with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decisions
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs
