  • Identify product dependencies, delivery risks, and gaps requiring stakeholder decisions
  • Ensure product requirements reflect customer, business, operational, technical, and regulatory needs
  • Track progress and communicate product decisions, delivery status, risks, and next steps to relevant stakeholders

Primary Requirements:
  • Product development, product ownership, business analysis, or technology delivery experience within payments, financial services, or a related environment
  • Hands-on experience creating Agile artifacts, particularly epics and features
  • Experience working with commercial card products, card processors, or payment-processing platforms
  • Experience contributing to platform migrations, implementations, integrations, or modernization efforts
  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery, backlog management, and two-week sprint cycles
  • Ability to translate business and operational needs into clear requirements for technology teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an evolving delivery environment where teams and processes are still being developed
  • Must reside within the client's approved geographic footprint and be eligible for conversion to full-time employment

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Qolo or a Qolo platform implementation
  • Knowledge of issuing, processing, transaction lifecycles, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, or commercial card operations
  • Experience preparing a new product backlog before a technology team begins sprint execution
