Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled JIRA Administrator with strong experience in Jira Cloud and Confluence to support and optimize enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in administration, customization, and automation using scripting languages like Groovy or Python.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and support Jira Cloud and Confluence environments
Gather and analyze business requirements to optimize workflows and processes
Design and implement complex Jira workflows, screen schemes, and configurations
Provide ongoing application support to IT and business users
Develop and manage Jira integrations using APIs and webhooks
Evaluate, install, test, and configure Jira/Confluence plugins
Create and manage Jira projects, dashboards, queries, and reports
Build custom XML-based Jira gadgets
Document workflows, configurations, and processes for operational runbooks

Required Skills & Experience:

3 4 years of hands-on experience in Jira/Confluence administration
2 3 years of experience with Groovy and/or Python scripting
Strong understanding of Jira APIs, webhooks, and integrations
Experience in workflow design, automation, and plugin management
Ability to troubleshoot and provide end-user support
