Title:  Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst
Location: Remote/Telework

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend system improvements.
  • Develop functional specifications, process flows, and business requirements documentation.
  • Create test strategies, test scenarios, test scripts, and support multiple testing cycles including SIT and UAT.
  • Perform end-to-end system testing and validate business processes.
  • Support dual-system reconciliation activities during system upgrades and transitions.
  • Develop training materials and assist with user training and knowledge transfer.
  • Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and project leadership.
  • Collaborate with project teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise financial systems.
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 as a General Ledger Business Analyst.
  • Experience supporting PeopleSoft implementation and/or upgrade projects.
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger and Commitment Accounting modules.
  • Experience with state government accounting practices and financial operations.
  • Proven experience creating business analysis deliverables including requirements, process documentation, test plans, and training materials.
  • Hands-on experience conducting end-to-end system testing and supporting UAT.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
