Quality Systems Specialist / Management Review Specialist
Location: Santa Monica, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 5-Month Contract
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Quality Systems Specialist with expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Executive Management Reviews to support quarterly management review activities in a regulated life sciences environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Veeva QMS, executive-level reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze data for Quarterly Executive Management Reviews.
- Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations with input from global business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global Quality teams to gather, review, and finalize deliverables.
- Review Quality System reports and dashboards in Veeva QMS to support executive reporting and presentations.
- Provide support for Quality Management System processes, including:
- Deviations
- CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Change Control
- Document Control
- Coordinate and manage deliverables from cross-functional contributors to ensure timely completion.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Systems and Management Review activities.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva QMS and associated reporting dashboards.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Document Control processes.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated industries.
