Position Summary

The IT Business Relationship Management Partner (BRMP) serves as a strategic advisor and primary liaison between TINA IT and the business units within our subsidiaries. This role drives alignment between business goals and IT capabilities, ensuring that technology investments deliver measurable value. The BRMP blends business acumen, technical aptitude, relationship?building skills, and strategic insight to influence IT portfolio decisions, prioritize initiatives, and support the delivery of innovative technology solutions.

The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who understands business strategy, identifies opportunities for collaboration, and guides IT services to create long?term competitive advantage.

Essential Position Duties
  • Serve as the IT BRMP for assigned subsidiary business units, building strong, strategic relationships with stakeholders and developing a deep understanding of their short? and long?term business direction.
  • Present IT initiatives to senior leaders and secure alignment, leveraging domain knowledge to establish credibility, trust, and commitment.
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries and TINA IT to negotiate and define service level requirements for new or enhanced services.
  • Evaluate and prioritize subsidiary business needs in alignment with IT strategy
  • Provide ongoing quarterly business reviews with updates on major technology initiatives, business priorities, key issues, and ROI tracking.
  • Proactively communicate technology risks and opportunities to business units, supporting continuous improvement and informed decision?making.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment of new development efforts across the enterprise to maximize synergies and reduce redundant investments.


Education, Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse groups.
  • Proven ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both upward and downward in the management chain with appropriate detail and clarity.
  • Significant experience managing and delivering business change through IT projects.
  • Ability to facilitate negotiations, manage expectations, and align solutions across complex environments.
  • Skilled in preparing and delivering informative presentations centered on IT services.
  • Ability to develop and communicate financial analyses including cost/benefit assessments, ROI, and total cost of ownership.
  • High?level awareness of current trends and developments in the Information Technology marketplace.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Frequent handling of documents, computer hardware and use of computer and telephone. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.

Travel

Travel within North America may be required (up to 25%, but possibly as high as 40%). Ability to drive safely and valid driver's license required. Possibly two international trips may be required; therefore, a valid passport is required.
