Business Analyst

• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the organization.
• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define business requirements and develop data driven solutions.
• Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and data models.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of complex data insights.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics.

<>Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in data analysis, including proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with SQL and data querying languages.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data driven insights to non technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align data analysis with business objectives.

<>Preferred Skills:

• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in the energy sector or related industries.

<>Qualifications:

• Bachelor''''s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 to 10 years of experience in business analysis and data analytics.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)) are a plus.
