Job Description of Role* (RNR) - To be Evaluated by Technical Panel (Define it to give more clarity) | Key technical skills : Act as the single point of contact for all business team communications Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Drive regular stakeholder updates, status reporting, and expectation management Own end-to-end support for customer-facing applications Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement Ensure SLAs, uptime, and performance metrics are consistently met Lead application implementations, enhancements, and rollouts Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps) Oversee UAT, deployments, and post-release support Work with teams to design and support solutions on AWS, including: Amazon EC2, S3,Lambda, AWS GenAI services Ensure best practices in scalability, reliability, and cost optimization Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI in business processes and applications Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI-driven features Support use cases using tools such as: Amazon Bedrock |
