Role: Financial Services Payments Consulting Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Required Skills:

Ability to rapidly assess a client’s problem/need and provide fact-based recommendations (target operating model)
Ability to translate business requirements into clear, pragmatic solutions.
Strong communication skills with experience working in client-facing or consulting roles.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in payments, banking technology, or financial services systems.
4+ years of proven hands-on experience with payment solutions for ACH, wires, SWIFT, and real-time payment rails.
4+ years end-to-end payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.
4+ years of experience designing modern payment solutions using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns.

Preferred Qualifications:

Payment’s experience solutioning leveraging AI
Experience with payment hubs, switches, or core banking integrations.
Knowledge of ISO 20022 and large-scale payment modernization programs.
Cloud architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
