Intune/W365 Senior Engineer SME

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Intune/W365 Senior Engineer SME in Charlotte, NC.

Duties Include:
* Lead and execute migrations to Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and Windows 365
* Assess current device management environments and user configurations
* Configure and optimize Intune policies, JAMF configurations, and W365 profiles
* Partner with IT teams to define migration plans, timelines, and risk mitigation
* Provide guidance on device enrollment, compliance, security, and app deployment
* Troubleshoot complex migration and post-deployment issues
* Document processes, create playbooks, and support knowledge transfer
* Track migration progress, report KPIs, and drive continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF Pro, and Windows 365
* Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, and MDM architectures
* Experience migrating from on-prem or hybrid environments to cloud-based MDM
* Advanced troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
* Experience with compliance policies, conditional access, and security baselines
* Strong documentation, communication, and project execution skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft (MS-700, MD-100, MS-500) and JAMF certifications
* Experience with Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics, and cloud app integrations
* Familiarity with enterprise ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
