Front End Full Stack Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Front End Full Stack Developer. This is not a manager or analyst position. We are looking for someone who can get their hands dirty with code/troubleshooting. Candidates must be able to work in-office 3-4 days a week in Mid-Town Manhattan.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years of that in Java
* Backend experience strongly preferred, no frontend only devs (Angular, React, JS, TS, etc.)
* SQL proficiency
* Solid grasp of more complex SQL operations see if they can mention any of the following when probing about SQL: CTE, query plans, troubleshooting, indexes, etc.
* Some finance experience or equivalent environment
* Not for finance-specific knowledge
* Can handle the highly regulated, high-pressure environment that is not very developer friendly
* Familiarity with all the processes, red tape, auditory/compliance parts of the job that get in the way of the actual work
* Some infrastructure experience
* CI/CD - Jenkins, github actions, urbancode, etc.
* AWS - S3, SQS, SSM, KMS, etc.
* Communication skills
* Able to explain something technical in layman's terms
* Personable and easy to work with

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
