Our team delivers large-scale, data-driven Finance Transformation initiatives that enable financial insight, operational efficiency, and enterprise-wide value across Disney Experiences. The Finance Transformation Delivery Management Organization (DMO) partners closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Technology leaders to execute complex, highly visible initiatives with rigor, transparency, and predictability.

As aLead Portfolio Analyst, you willlead the planning and execution of a product-centric portfolio strategy, providing strategic roadmap oversight of annual and long-term expense plans. You will drive portfolio forecast planning, capacity planning, and prioritization activities across multiple initiatives. You will oversee reports and presentations for executive-level communications and proactivelyidentifyrisks, impacts, and opportunities within the portfolio.

This is a highly collaborative role where partnership with many technical and non-technical teams is essential.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and drive the funding process and strategy for new projects

  • Interpret pre-project business problem elicitation, feasibility, and case definition to identify solutions

  • Partner with business, project management, and technology groups to understand opportunities, define project scope, goals, performance indicators, and deliverables

  • Leadtheprojectforecastplanningprocessforlarge-scaleprogramsandinitiativesacrosstheportfolio.

  • DrivepartnershipwithFinancetoprovidecause-for-changevariances,guidemonthlyandquarterlycloseprocedures,and deliver portfolio updates.

  • Overseeconsolidationandcommunicationacrossproject,product,andportfolioteamstoresolvevariancesthroughoutthe planning cycle, escalating risks and impacts when necessary.

  • Leadthedevelopment,analysis,andmaintenanceofreportsforcapacityplanning,forecastrationalization,andportfolioprioritization.

  • DirectkeyfinancialplanningactivitiesincludingLong-TermPlanning,AnnualPlanning,andotherstrategicportfolioplanningcycles.

  • EnsureaccurateandstrategicinputswithintheProjectPortfolioManagement(PPM)systemtomaintainportfoliotransparency and alignment.

  • Developandmaintainstrongpartnershipsacrossdepartments,collaboratingwithtechnology,product,andfinanceleaders to align on priorities and resource allocation.

  • Provideleadershipandguidancetoportfolioplanningactivities,helpingdriveconsistencyinprocesses,reporting,andportfoliogovernance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of7 years of relevant work experience

  • Strong understanding ofportfolio planning, financial forecasting, and resource planning

  • Proficient in the fundamentals ofproject and portfolio management, including project planning, resource planning, issue management, and organizational change

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel

  • Understanding of thesoftware development lifecycle

  • Experience partnering with multiple creative and technical teams

  • Advanced skills inbusiness communication, writing, and interpersonal collaboration

  • Demonstrated ability tolead cross-functional coordination and influence strategic decisions

  • Proactive and resourceful when handling issues

  • Strongnegotiation and influencing skills

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and/or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience withMyPPMProject Management Software

  • Strongproficiencyin Excel and PowerPoint

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $111,900 to $150,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate?s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
