Summary

We are seeking a dynamic leader for our financial systems integration projects. In this role, you will drive end-to-end implementations while collaborating closely with a team of financial IT professionals and external consultants. Your impact will shape the financial landscape, enhancing efficiency and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple Workday Financials implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while meeting compliance standards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage integration and data migration efforts, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Direct change management activities to help transition the organization smoothly during system upgrades and transitions.
Manage the financial onboarding of subsidiaries, ensuring accurate data migration from legacy systems to Workday.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading financial systems implementations, specifically with Workday Financials or similar cloud-based ERPs.
Proven track record managing large-scale projects in a banking or fintech environment, dealing with complex stakeholder relationships.
Strong background in compliance and audit processes related to financial systems implementation and maintenance.
Experience directing teams across multiple domains such as corporate accounting, IT, and external consultants.
