We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Analyst to join a dynamic EPMO team supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, business process improvements, and strategic software implementation projects.
🔹 What You''ll Do
✔️ Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
✔️ Support enterprise transformation initiatives and process optimization efforts
✔️ Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements sessions
✔️ Analyze current and future-state business processes and recommend improvements
✔️ Support software implementation projects from requirements through deployment
✔️ Collaborate across multiple business functions to drive operational efficiency and alignment
✔️ Assist with project planning, documentation, testing, and change management activities
🔹 What We''re Looking For
✔️ Strong Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise-level initiatives
✔️ Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and process requirements
✔️ Ability to work across multiple projects and business areas simultaneously
✔️ Experience supporting software implementations and business transformation programs
✔️ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Experience working within PMO/EPMO environments is highly preferred
