Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Migration Consultant with strong experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation and a background in the Fashion, Apparel or Consumer Products industry. The consultant will support the end-to-end migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including assessment, design, data migration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead/support SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.
Analyze the existing ECC landscape, business processes, custom developments, interfaces, and data.
Support S/4HANA Fit-to-Standard / Fit-to-Gap workshops.
Work with business and technical teams to identify process improvements and S/4HANA capabilities.
Perform data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and mapping from ECC to S/4HANA.
Support migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC/LTMOM, or equivalent migration tools.
Participate in S/4HANA testing, including SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Support cutover planning, mock cutovers, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Coordinate with functional teams across SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and related modules.
Analyze and remediate custom objects and developments impacted by the S/4HANA migration.
Work with technical teams on interfaces, APIs, IDocs, integrations, and third-party systems.
Prepare migration documentation, mapping documents, test scenarios, and deployment plans.
Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps throughout the migration lifecycle.

Industry Requirements – Fashion/Retail:

Must have experience working in Fashion, Apparel or Consumer Products.
Strong understanding of Fashion business processes.
