Position: Payroll Systems & Reporting Analyst

Compensation: $40 - $48 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Systems & Reporting Analyst to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working at the intersection of data, automation, and reporting. You'll support day-to-day payroll operations while helping improve systems and processes during a major implementation project. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support daily payroll operations and reporting needs
• Maintain and improve payroll-related data workflows
• Assist with automation initiatives and process enhancements
• Build and support reporting using Power BI
• Partner with payroll team members on issue resolution
• Help support payroll systems and related technologies
• Provide responsive, customer-focused support to internal teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Experience supporting enterprise or high-volume payroll environments
• Strong background in payroll systems and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Power BI
• Ability to support data and automation initiatives
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background in SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG/Kronos, or Oracle
• Experience supporting payroll system implementations
• Exposure to large payroll teams and complex environments
