Summary

Hansen Talent Group is hiring an A/V Technology Analyst to support enterprise audio/visual systems and collaboration technologies.

This role focuses on evaluating, testing, and supporting A/V hardware and software, while helping design and maintain conference room and communication solutions across the organization.

Location: Onsite (Columbia, SC with occasional travel to Florence/Surfside)

What You’ll Do

• Research, evaluate, and recommend A/V technologies and solutions
• Test and validate hardware/software to ensure performance and security standards
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of A/V systems
• Assist with conference room design and collaboration technology setups
• Troubleshoot and resolve A/V and conferencing issues for end users
• Partner with vendors, IT teams, and stakeholders on solutions and improvements
• Maintain documentation and provide technical guidance across the organization

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience supporting A/V or related technologies
• Hands-on experience with Crestron, Extron, and Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Experience with A/V installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to research, test, and recommend technical solutions
