Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to support a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. The role focuses on frontline technical support, documentation, and escalation of issues as needed to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

What You’ll Do

Respond to customer requests for technical support using approved tools and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues; document all customer interactions
Identify potential or recurring problems and escalate to higher-level support when needed
Complete routine administrative tasks and contribute to process documentation

Required Skills & Abilities

Strong customer service and communication skills
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Ability to provide basic technical guidance and informal training
Understanding of common technical issues within a business environment
Proficient with commonly used computer applications and systems

Preferred: 1 year of technical call center experience
