Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Databricks Architect with a strong Healthcare industry background to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Databricks Lakehouse Architecture, cloud-based data platforms, large-scale data engineering, and healthcare data ecosystems. This role will be responsible for defining data architecture, optimizing data pipelines, and enabling advanced analytics across healthcare organizations.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Big Data technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks Architecture and Development.
• Mandatory experience within the Healthcare Industry (Payer, Provider, Health Systems, Hospitals, or Healthcare Services).
• Strong experience designing and implementing Databricks Lakehouse Architectures.
• Expertise in Azure Databricks, AWS Databricks, or Google Cloud Platform Databricks environments.
• Strong experience with Spark, PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and Data Lake technologies.
• Experience building enterprise-scale ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data models and healthcare analytics.
• Experience with Data Governance, Security, Data Quality, and Compliance requirements.
• Experience implementing scalable cloud-based data platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
