Contribute to code quality and architecture guidelines, promoting standard methodologies across the team
Guide engineers and advise collaborators on system improvements, optimizations, and trade-offs
Act as a technical point of contact, communicating project status, risks, and solutions
Collaborate to identify, isolate, and resolve production issues and system malfunctions
Lead by example, mentoring engineers and influencing engineering practices and hiring standards
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (grooming, planning, demos, retrospectives)
Participate in on-call rotations and drive operational excellence

What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or related field with 7+ years of software development experience
(or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience)

Strong programming skills with experience in Python, Java, and/or Kotlin
5+ years of experience building enterprise software applications using frameworks such as Spring Boot or WebFlux
5+ years of experience building and operating APIs and microservices in distributed systems
4+ years of experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
3+ years of experience with frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience designing services and architecture aligned to standard processes and scalability requirements
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud (EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar)
Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright)
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design
Experience building high-performing, scalable systems in production environments
Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentor Team Members
Experience fixing, triaging, and resolving production issues

Bonus:
Experience developing user interfaces using React.js, including component design, state management, and API integration
Experience working on enterprise or workflow-driven platforms
