Key Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using Appian BPM (Business Process Management).

Implement Appian design patterns and best practices.

Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

Deliver scalable and high-quality Appian solutions.

Collaborate within a Global Delivery Model environment.

Ensure proper documentation and technical design adherence.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience in Appian Development.

Appian Level 2 Certification (Mandatory/Preferred).

Strong Java background.

Experience with Appian BPM   Business Process Management.

Good technical design and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in Global Delivery Model

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
