A testing and business support QA Analyst Contractor is needed to provide the client with testing activities such as:
- Test Data Preparation,
- Data Clean up,
- Data Conversion Validation,
- Application Test Case creation and execution, and
- Identifying Test Defects
o The candidate will need to utilize Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Team Foundation Server, and other technical tools, as appropriate
o Job Description:
Testing and Business Support Quality Analyst (QA) contractor is needed to help the client with their activities, such as, Test Data Preparation, Data Clean up, Data Conversion Validation, Application Test Case creation and execution, and identifying Test Defects within the defined organizational guidelines and processes. They need to utilize Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Team Foundation Server, and other technical tools, as appropriate. Work location is onsite in Wilmington, DE. The work is primarily remote with onsite attendance required at least once monthly, but as required to support the client
- Participate in team meetings regularly and attentively.
- Assist with and perform Test Data Preparation as needed.
- Assist with and perform Data Cleanup activities at the direction of the Business.
- Learn the client s business applications to support testing activities. Having experience with taxation is a plus.
- Execute and understand test cases and create defects during testing, including Business Application test cases and Data Conversion Validation test cases.
- Professionally communicate the issues and collaborate with team members, technical and businesspeople
- Work directly and effectively with business users and clients in a professional and business-like manner
- Creation of Test Cases, including analysis of Business Processes, Business Requirements, and Software Design Documents to create Test Cases
o Required Skills and Experience:
- Collaborates and works with minimal supervision
- Proactive, inquisitive, and capable of constantly learning multiple business systems utilized by the department
- Good written and verbal communication skills, and provides attention to detail
