We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CMM Quality Inspector to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is critical in maintaining the highest quality standards for our products. As a CMM Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting first article samples, reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics, and using precision measuring instruments. You will also be responsible for implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensuring adherence to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Hours: 1st shift 8am to 430pm
Days: Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:
  • CMM & Portable CMM/arm experience using Verisurf is required
  • Mastercam experience
  • Must be able to read or interpret Engineering drawings/print
  • Conduct first piece, in-process, and final inspections to verify aerospace parts.
  • Perform inspections using standard measuring tools, equipment, and technical documentation.
  • Complete first article inspections and maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
  • Identify and communicate non-conforming materials or products to production teams.
  • Inspect incoming materials and components from suppliers for compliance with requirements.
  • Review production documentation for accuracy prior to release.
  • Prepare and issue certificates of conformance for outgoing shipments.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection environments
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Hands-on experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or electronic inspection equipment.
