Title: Technical Lead

Location: Washington, DC 20433

Our client is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong Product Background and expertise in the Microsoft technology stack. This role requires a technical leader who actively contributes to coding while leading offshore engineering teams in a highly collaborative onsite-offshore delivery model.

The Technical Lead will be based at the client's headquarters and will work closely with offshore engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a highly integrated onsite-offshore development model.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer with leadership responsibilities.
Strong hands-on software development experience with the ability to actively contribute to coding efforts.
Strong hands-on development experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, Azure, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Microservices.
Product Engineering background with experience building custom software products and platforms (not packaged/off-the-shelf solutions).
Extensive experience leading and managing offshore development teams.
Demonstrated success working within integrated onsite-offshore delivery models.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and working with globally distributed teams.
Flexibility to support overlapping working hours with offshore teams as needed
