DescriptionNous recrutons un profil hybride : un dveloppeur en automatisation de tests, orient backend, avec le leadership et la vision stratgique d'un Test Lead. Vous concevrez, dvelopperez et maintiendrez des tests automatiss backend/composants/intgration/E2E, piloterez la stratgie de test travers les quipes et accompagnerez les ingnieurs dans l'adoption de pratiques de test efficaces. Vous veillerez garantir une couverture au bon niveau de test, dterminer ce qui doit tre automatis plutt que maintenu en manuel, et assurer une implmentation CI/CD rapide et robuste.
Ce que vous ferez- Piloter la stratgie et la gouvernance des tests

- Mettre en place et optimiser CI/CD et les quality gates

Qualifications requises- Bilingue : franais et anglais courants
- Exprience en environnement Agile/Scrum
- Bonne capacit d'adaptation, esprit d'quipe et solides comptences en communication
- Bonne connaissance de l'ingnierie qualit, certification ISTQB un atout
- Exprience avec Java (version utilise : 21)
- Connaissance de TestNG (framework de test), un atout
- Connaissance de Cypress et Selenium (tests frontend), un atout
- Connaissance de Jenkins et Maven, un atout
- Connaissance de Confluence et Jira
- Solide exprience en automatisation de tests backend/API avec TestNG ou outils quivalents (Java privilgi)
- Bonne matrise des microservices, services REST/SOAP, traitements batch, bases de donnes et systmes de messagerie (ex. : Kafka/MQ)
- Capacit dmontre concevoir une stratgie de test et justifier les choix de niveaux de test ainsi que l'automatisation vs le manuel
- Exprience pratique en mocking/stubbing, contract testing, gestion des donnes et rduction de la flakiness
- Exprience d'intgration CI/CD (rapports, quality gates, artefacts) et sensibilit aux enjeux de performance et d'observabilit
- Leadership : coaching, gouvernance et communication de la stratgie auprs des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques
- Pratiques TDD/BDD et mise en place de quality gates
Atouts- Exprience avec Testcontainers, Pact (ou quivalent), mutation testing, budgets de performance, mock-ups
- Exprience en environnement rglement ou critique, prvention des incidents et amlioration du MTTR
Profils non recherchs- Spcialistes en automatisation frontend/UI ou en scripting d'outils UI (ex. : Katalon). Ce rle est principalement orient backend, avec une composante frontend occasionnelle.
Job DescriptionWe are hiring a hybrid profile: a seasoned backend-focused Test Automation Developer with the leadership and strategic mindset of a Test Lead. You will design, build, and maintain backend/component/integration/E2E test automation, lead test strategy across teams, and coach engineers to adopt effective testing practices. You'll ensure coverage at the right test level, decide what to automate vs keep manual, and ensure robust, fast CI/CD implementation.

Must-have qualifications
Bilingual: fluent in English and French.
Agile/Scrum experience

Good knowledge of Quality Engineering, ISTQB certification an asset

Knowledge of Cypress and Selenium (front-end testing), an asset

Strong experience in backend/API test automation using TestNG or equivalent tools (Java preferred).

Regulated/critical systems exposure, incident prevention/MTTR improvement.

Frontend/UI automation specialists or tool-driven UI scripting (e.g., Katalon). This role is a hybrid of backend and sometime frontend development.
